Group 2 (Title: How Do Cigarettes Effect The Body)

  • General Statement : Explain general truth about cigarettes are not good for humans health, and the dangers of smoking, also tells the ingredients in cigarettes.
  • Cause-effect Explanation: Explain how smoking harms the body step by step, detailing effects on the teeth, lungs, brain, blood vessels, and risk of diseases like cancer. Tells the health benefits of quitting smoking in a timeline, from immediate effects like normalized blood pressure to long-term improvements such as reduced cancer risk. 
  • Conclusion: Provide suggestions for ways to stop smoking by: nicotine replacement therapy through gum, skin patches, lozenges, and sprays may help wean smokers off cigarettes. Counselling and support groups, intensity exercise also help smokers stay cigarette-free.

  • Cause-effect Explanation: Explain about the causes and effects of landslide such as heavy rain, deforestation, and earthquakes. Which can shift the top rick layer and trigger landslides.
  • Conclusion: Some landslides happen gradually, destabilizing structures over time.

  • General Statement: Day and night are natural cycles essential for life on Earth. This cycle happens due to the earth's rotation.
  • Cause-effect Explanation: The earth spins on its axis an imaginary line from the north pole to the south pole, every 24 hours. As the earth rotates, the part facing the sun experiences daylight, while the opposite side experiences night.
  • Conclusion: The cycle of day turning into night is caused by the earth’s continuous rotation. This cycle creates a balance of light and darkness, which is essential for life on our planet.

  • General Statement: Explain about tsunami, tsunami are sea waves that are large.
  • Cause-effect Explanation: Explain the causes and describes the sequential effects. For instance, how an underwater earthquake creates a rapid uplift or subsidence of the ocean floor. Discusses the effects on human life, infrastructure, and the environment, emphasizing the destructive power of tsunamis.

  • Conclusion: Earthquake can be very dangerous, so it is important to be prepared for earthquake.
